COMBE MILL in STEAM    Sunday 15^th August 2021

This month’s Theme: – Models & Collections

Hillman Imp Car  Club will be joining the event.

All of our steam and water powered machinery will be running in this Late 19th Century Grade 11 listed Combe Mill Sawmill and Workshop that once served the Blenheim Palace Estate..    Make a poker in our Dual Blacksmiths’ Forge. See how country houses and farms would have powered their machinery. Working Beam Engine and Line Shafting together with the Restored Waterwheel.  Craftsmen’s tools and Working Historic Tower Clocks. Ploughmans Lunch+ Snacks from our popular Riverside Tea Room, with picnic area by the River Evenlode.

There is a Millie-the-mill-cat trail for the children to win a `Millie` badge with Millie memorabilia available.
