About your tutor Cathy Wright

Cathy has a huge passion for making exceptional artisan handmade Belgian chocolates with my husband.  She runs her own local business based on the Nottingham/Leicestershire border not far from Belvoir. Following years in the business, her following is active with both local and corporate clients (Bennington carriages, Talk Talk, 3 Mobile, Lipsy, William Hill, Whyte Mackay, Nina Barbour and her 4* international equestrian events).  She also specialised in life-like equine chocolate horseshoes too.
Cathy’s knowledge and high standards ensure she only uses the best quality ingredients; everything is hand tempered and free from palm oil.
As part of her business, she also works every week with Sat Bains at his 2* Michelin restaurant exclusively supplying his after-dinner chocolates.

To ensure the quality of your personal experience, group size will be limited to 20.
