Event Description

The Easter Weekend emphasis will be on entertainment for families with children. The railway and museum facilities will be open with steam train rides, museum, visits to the new Restoration Shed, shop and café, plus Easter Bunny hunts with Easter eggs as prizes and quizzes for younger visitors.

The duty locomotive is scheduled to be the Y7, a 90 year old LNER shunter, which has proved to be a popular performer with crews and passengers alike and certainly looks the part on this unique rural railway.

Adults: £10.00, children under 16: £5.00, concessions: £8.00, families: (2+2) £25.00
