With the government announcement that indoor fitness studios can re-open on the 25th July, we have decided to move classes back into our beautiful studio space starting with Kane’s Jivamukti class Sunday 26th July.
Class numbers will be limited and Zoom will still be available for those who wish to continue at home.
Please take a moment to read through the guidelines below so that we can ensure everybody gets the best out of their practice and we are all clear about what to expect and what to do when entering the premises.
When these classes start we will be implementing strict hygiene practices, along with social distancing measures to provide a safe and comfortable space for everyone attending the studio.
We won’t be using any shared equipment for the foreseeable future, so please bring your own mat and personal props to all classes. (1 block or cushion is required for start of class + for meditation) Useful links here for the purchase of mats and props. The chill out room will be closed so please bring your own water. Face coverings are not currently mandatory during exercise, but we request that you wear one whilst in the building. Whether or not you wear it for your practice is your choice.
Participants attending studio classes please follow the protocol below upon arrival – Under no circumstances should you attend the class if you feel at all unwell
Please queue outside on arrival and enter the cloak room 1 person at a time.
Please use the hand sanitiser on entry.
Studio doors will be left open, please go straight to your marked place with all you need for practice.
Please remain in your space throughout the class (unless you need the toilet) and observe the 2 metre rule.
Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class to allow time to set up.
Please Note – participants will be in view on zoom in all classes except wed 7.00pm.
During class the teachers will be giving verbal instructions and guidance only. There will be no hands-on adjustment.
Windows will be kept open to ensure ventilation.
After your session, please leave the yoga studio one person at a time, collect your belongings from the cloakroom and leave the building.
The chill out area is closed for now.
Toilets at the studio will be thoroughly cleaned before and after classes but please use your own toilet before you come if possible.
Please use hand sanitiser outside toilet before and after use.
Floor and surface cleaning and sanitising will take place regularly.
Important Information about Payment
The 2 metre distancing rule means a limited number of students can attend the studio physically. Classes must be pre-booked online @ £10 per single class on a first come, first serve basis. HERE
If the class you want is fully booked and we have a cancellation we will contact you, join our ‘Waiting List’ HERE for free.
Online class passes are valid for zoom classes only and cannot be transferred.
Existing ‘in studio’ class passes will stay valid until we re-open fully.
ZOOM If you are joining a studio class on zoom the existing zoom system and rates apply, including class cards.
Concessions are available for all of our passes and drop-ins.
