Event Description

Sue Eaton opens her studio under the Suffolk Open Studios scheme when visitors are welcome to visit without the need to make an appointment and see work in progress.

Sue is a contemporary wildlife and woodland painter. Working from her large purpose built oak framed studio set in beautiful country side near Clare.  Large statement pieces are a feature of her work though there are many smaller paintings for sale. Greetings cards taken from her paintings are also for sale.

Well known for her textured work 2019 sees the introduction of paintings on smooth reflective surfaces.

This weekend on the 23rd the village has it’s open gardens and it’s a chance not only to see the studio and to stroll round Sue’s pretty courtyard walled garden and wildlife meadow but also to visit other gardens and the craft event in the village hall.
