Event Description

Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary health therapy based on the theory that different points on the feet correspond with different areas or zones of the body. The therapy helps the systems of the body to rebalance (homeostasis) and can help with many health issues such as stress, tension, anxiety, insomnia, headaches and many more. Reflexology does not cure.

 

This 20-minute taster session includes a 5-minute consultation. Sessions run from 10.30 – 15:00.

 

Ann Abrams is a retired nurse, has a diploma certificate in reflexology and is a student member of the AoR (Association of Reflexologists).

 

As long as any medical conditions are stable and well controlled then it is fine to have a treatment, however it is at the discretion of the reflexologist. You will be required to complete and sign a consent/disclaimer form before treatment begins.

 

Suitable for ages 16+.

 

£15 per person.
