Fourteen gardens in the lovely Broadland village of Ludham will  be open for visitors to view. Many of the gardens have river access and included in the price of a  ticket, £7, which gives admission to all the gardens, is a free ferry across Womack Water, giving the visitor access to the gardens on the other side of the Broad. Included in the ticket price, also, is free car parking and a free map giving a plan of the location of all the gardens. And apart from all the lovely gardens there are many other attractions to see on the day including classic cars, tradition sailing wherries and heritage sailing boats, these offering taster sails. Also gardening, rose and composting  advice. There is musical entertainment, an art show and Morris dancing displays as well as a multitude of  food outlet including cream teas, pie and pasties, a hog roast, Vietnamese food to name but a few. A wonderful day our for all the family whatever their interests. We regret that no dogs are allowed on the site.

This event is put on by the Friends of St Catherine’s church who raise funds to maintain the fabric of the church.
