Event Description

Custard Comedy at Comberton welcomes the awesome Keith Farnan as its headliner on November 16th.

Having appeared on BBC’s Michael Mcintyre Comedy Roadshow as well as adapting his own comedy documentary for RTE, Money, Money, Money: Keith Farnan versus the Economy, Keith Farnan has just topped an outstanding eighteen months by appearing at the Montreal Just For Laughs All Access show or the Canadian Comedy Network and Hollands highest rating comedy show, The Comedy Factory. In America, Showtime have Keith has appeared on their new standup show,Live From Amsterdam, which brings together the best American and European comedians working today. “Brilliant, thought-provoking and laugh out loud funny””– Time Out.

Steve N. Allen‘s stand-up has taken a path through being a BBC New Comedy semi-finalist, Laughing Horse New Act finalist and Amused Moose Hot Starlet, on to performing at The Comedy Store, The Glee Club, Leicester Square theatre and The Comedy Cafe. Most recently he’s been one of the two newsreaders on BBC 2’s The Mash Report. “A cutting wit” Time Out.

Rob Coleman is a very versatile act with a mix of beautifully written gags, sharp observational humour and audience banter. Most of all, however this is a massively self indulgent going away present to himself before he embarks on the ocean row. If he dies on his arse he many never come back. He’s been called “Very strong and extremely funny …a naturally funny man.” by the Bedfordshire News, but what do they know?.

Our MC is Laura Lexx, one of the most effortless comedians making a splash in the comedy scene today. She indulges her audience with childish glee and attention, and her shows are never the same twice. “Next generation Lucy Porter”
