FoodCycle Patron and Head Chef at The Italian Embassy, Danilo Cortellini is hosting a special cook along to raise money for FoodCycle.
Danilo will be showing you in real-time, how to cook a delicious homemade gnocchetti with baked cherry tomatoes and ricotta.
Don’t worry – you don’t need any special equipment and you’ll be sent the full list of ingredients (along with alternatives) before the event.

About FoodCycle
FoodCycle has been providing free meals cooked from surplus food for over ten years. Before the Coronavirus outbreak, there were 42 community meal Projects across the country, providing much needed company and nutrition for vulnerable people.
In order to adhere to government guidelines, whilst still providing much needed food to their guests, FoodCycle has now adapted to a delivery model, where possible. Food parcels are delivered to doorsteps and usually include a mixture of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as some store cupboard essentials.
As soon as they are able, FoodCycle will return to their community meals and they expect that there will be more people than ever struggling to afford food.
