Alice Griffiths aim is to help beginners and nervous riders compete and feel good about themselves, to be able to get the advice they need to help them compete better and therefore enjoy going out and being with their horses more!
Alice offers a range of different competitions, the most popular being Novice One Day Events. These enable younger less confident riders to have a go at all three phases, being judged like you would in British Eventing. The lovely thing about Alice’s shows is, if you fall off or are feeling unsure stewards are all able to lend a helping hand, and offer encouraging words to help you get round, and go home with a smile.
Griffiths Equestrian offer a super selection of prizes, and prize money at all events, thanks to lovely Griffiths Equestrian Sponsors!

For a beginner, the horses and ponies need to be steady and experienced
The right equipment – tack should be in good condition and clean
Safe riding areas for lessons – properly enclosed with a safe surface and well maintained
