College Farm Bed & Breakfast

College Farm Bed & Breakfast is on an arable farm set in the peaceful Suffolk countryside, 6 miles west of Ipswich on the A1071 to Hadleigh. The Grade ll Listed farmhouse is a 500 year-old beamed Tudor building once owned by Cardinal Wolsey in the time of King Henry Vlll. It still retains its character with oak beams, inglenook fireplaces, sloping floors and low doorways. The house stands in a large garden and is surrounded by fields and meadows in a quiet part of the farm. Golf, horse riding and fishing are all available locally.

There are 2 ensuite bedrooms,  one in the farmhouse and the other is in a ground-floor converted stable. The comfortable beds can be either superking or twin according to your preference  (please advise on booking).
