Set in the heart of the stunning Suffolk Heritage Coast on a former WWII American air base, the emphasis at the Cakes & Ale Holiday Park is firmly on peace, quiet and relaxation. Offering over 45 acres of immaculate grounds and an additional 45 acres of farmland with headland for walking, it is the perfect base from which to explore the joys of the Suffolk Coast.

We are an award-winning, bespoke, family-friendly Holiday Park, with fabulous facilities including our modern and spacious toilet & shower building that, as one customer commented in a review ‘are the jewel in the crown for Cakes & Ale’. A major, well-designed landscaping programme started in 1968 introduced a wide range of colourful trees, hedges, shrubs and pretty seasonal flowers to the park; they combine to create a peaceful environment so the only distraction is the welcome one of birdsong.

We are continuing to celebrate over 50 years as a family owned and run Holiday Park. We are proud to offer a touring & camping experience. Our facilities, including a large recreation field complete with playground and sports facilities, will keep the children occupied, whilst our Yoxford Boys Bar with its unique interior and alfresco seating area is perfect for keeping an eye on the younger ones in the play area whilst enjoying a refreshing beverage. There is also an adult-only touring and camping area for those that prefer a nice lie in!

The warm welcome that you will receive extends to your faithful friend too, as we are a dog-friendly park and our extensive grounds are ideal for walks and exercise.
